What Information do we collect?
We collect personal information from Associates, Staff and Clients. We state what that information is to be used for and ask for a signature to acknowledge that express permission has been given to use the information in the manner described. We also collect information when somebody voluntarily completes a survey or provides feedback to us.
Information is also collected from our website on the “Contact Us” page. This information is retained whilst the enquiry is being dealt with and then deleted. An IP address from the server sending the enquiry is also collected, reviewed and deleted within 7 days.
How will we use the information?
In order for us to provide contracted Emergency Response services, we pass on certain information to Clients/Associates/Staff/Other bodies as appropriate. MCM will not share any personal information for marketing purposes./p>
Access to your information, correction & objection
Individuals have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about them. To obtain a copy of some or all of the personal information we hold, an individual can email or write to us on the details below.
We want to make sure that personal information is accurate and up to date. Individuals or clients may ask us to correct or remove personal information they think is inaccurate. Individuals also have the right to object to a request for personal information and this fact will be made clear at the point of first communication with MCM prior to any personal information being requested.
